I’m a passionate and detail-oriented HR Assistant with over 3 years of experience supporting people operations, onboarding, welfare programs, performance documentation, and compliance.
Currently at Nubly Technologies Ltd, I support end-to-end HR functions—from recruitment coordination and staff onboarding to maintaining HRIS records, leave tracking, and preparing for audits.
I’m OSH-certified and an active member of our internal OSH Committee, where I champion workplace safety culture and contribute to ISO audit readiness through structured documentation and compliance.
My HR journey began at Appframe Ltd as an intern, and over time, I’ve developed strengths in administrative coordination, team support, and process improvement within fast-paced environments.
I’m passionate about expanding my expertise in HR—particularly in performance management, learning and development, and building positive team cultures. I’m always open to new challenges, collaborations, and growth conversations within the HR space.
