I’ve spent the last four-plus years in front-facing roles across fitness, sports, and entertainment, most recently at a fitness studio here in Dubai, where I handle front desk operations, client bookings, and lead follow-up using CRM systems .Before that, I was Head Coach and Customer Service Specialist at Westford Sports Academy, and a Team Leader at Floored Roller Rink, so I’ve built a strong mix of client-facing service and team coordination.
