I've led multi-outlet restaurant operations, supervised front-of-house teams, and played a key role in pre-opening a specialised kosher dining concept from the ground up. My focus areas are guest experience, HACCP and food safety compliance, team leadership, and smooth day-to-day service execution across high-volume environments.
