About Me
Am an outcome-oriented Human Resource generalist who has worked within the hospitality (two five star hotels), manufacturing and non-governmental industries in assisting organizations achieve sustainable business goals and growth while maintaining a positive and good environment. My years of experience and positions have allowed me to grow and develop professionally as a leader, problem identifier, problem solver and also an administrator.
I have a demonstrated ability to manage the demands of Recruitment and Selection, On-boarding of new employees, handling employee relations and ensuring that the collective bargaining agreement is adhered to, training and development of staff, paying key attention to the needs generated from the training needs assessment, as well as performance management, and ensuring that health and safety regulations within the company and for staff are maintained in accordance to the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2007. I am also very well conversant with the labor laws of Kenya. I also have vast experience in handling disputes and disciplinary matters.
