- Financial operations: Capturing revenue, processing payments, and managing transactions in the Accounts Department.
- Data management: Data capture, registration processes, and e-claim processing across various departments.
- Customer service: Front office duties, including member registration and biometric registration.
- Compliance and quality assurance: Participating in field registration activities and conducting hospital surveillance.

I have finalised my Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of commerce and am pursuing CPA Qualification. My academic background, combined with my practical experience, has equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
