About Me
I am a result driven professional seeking to further advance in my career in the
Accounting profession. I possess the comprehensive skill set and
hands-on understanding necessary to effect positive, overreaching outcomes in this role.
Having held various accounting positions, I have been able to acquire experience in handling roles such as;
creating and presenting reports to the directors, managing accounts preparation, liaising with internal
auditor and external auditor and providing them with all documents they need, performing audits, ensuring
procurement processes are met, conducting stock taking for the clients, offering consultancy on financial
issues to clients, monitoring management accounts, preparing payroll, ensuring timely preparation and
submission of statutory payments, writing and issuing cheques, handling bank and cash book reconciliation,
book keeping as well as cash collection, banking and withdrawals and disbursing petty cash.
The skills and competencies I have been able to acquire over the years have enabled me acquire expertise
in areas such as: budgeting, accounting, finance, payroll, statutory deductions and submission, auditing,
procurement, debt collection and analysis. I am a strategic problem solver who works well individually or
in a team by offering my skills in ensuring that the companyโs objectives and goals are met. I possess
excellent communication skills; oral and written, as well as very efficient in time management and making
quick decisions.
