I am a professional Kenyan man with hands-on fine guest relations techniques and rich interpersonal skills. I am very much conversant with Micro Suite 8 Fidelio, a bit of information on eZey, and HotelPlus Version 10 Systems for all the operations at the front office desk. I have knowledge of Point of Sale System for restaurant operations. Currently, I am in Nairobi after working using Hotelogix System for front office and housekeeping operations in Qatar.

I am looking for a challenging opportunity as a Front Office Duty Manager, Floor Manager/ Supervisor position in your hospitality establishment. Having experience in both Front Office and Restaurant fine dining operations gives me a wealth of experience in executing assignments professionally and exceeding the expectation of guests. Given a chance, I will gladly take it for I believe and trust my employability, having acquired knowledge and skills in discharging excellent services beyond the expectation of clients/guests.
