I have fourteen years of work experience in a horticultural farm. I am a responsible, hardworking, and ambitious individual that believes efficiency is key. I am a member of IHRM and a certified CHRP-K.My past work experience provided me with good communication skills, teamwork skills and good analytical skills. I am also proficient with computer application software and several Human resource application software. I am a quick learner and I have a genuine interest in Human Resource Management field.
