I am a programme and development finance leader with over 10 years’ experience leading complex portfolios, mobilising capital and building partnerships for inclusive, measurable impact across Africa.
About Me
I am senior international development and programme leader with over 10 years of experience leading, designing and delivering development and private-sector programmes across Africa and international markets. I bring extensive experience in country and portfolio leadership, programme operations, financial management, organisational strengthening, resource mobilisation, partnerships and inclusive development, with a strong track record of translating strategy into scalable programmes and measurable development outcomes. I have substantial experience in Uganda, East Africa and wider Sub-Saharan Africa, working with governments, donors, financial institutions, private-sector organisations and country leadership teams to deliver programmes serving people experiencing poverty and exclusion, including smallholder farmers, women, people with disabilities and other underserved communities. At VisionFund International, the microfinance subsidiary of World Vision International, I worked within a Christian development organisation and provided strategic and operational leadership across a global network of 26 microfinance institutions, strengthening country capabilities, programmes, financial performance and institutional delivery. I have also led multi-stakeholder programmes and teams, including a 21-member programme team at TechnoServe, and mobilised significant grant and investment capital through partnerships with donors, investors and financial institutions. I currently support FSD Kenya's senior leadership in implementing its 2026–2030 strategy, strengthening programme design, portfolio performance, resource mobilisation and accountability.
