About Me
I am a dedicated and detail-oriented IT professional with hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and technical operations. Through roles in ICT support and client services, I have developed practical experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network, DNS, email, and connectivity issues while supporting users in real-world operational environments.
My experience in IT support has strengthened my ability to diagnose technical problems, communicate effectively with users, document incidents clearly, and deliver reliable solutions in fast-paced environments. Working with networks, systems, and infrastructure has provided me with a solid foundation in technology operations and a strong understanding of how critical services are maintained, secured, and supported.
Alongside my IT support experience, I have developed practical cybersecurity skills through Cisco's Junior Cybersecurity Analyst learning path, TryHackMe Cyber Security 101 and SOC Level 1 training, and hands-on security investigations. My current areas of focus include IT Support, Helpdesk Technician, Security Monitoring, Log Analysis, Incident Response, Phishing and Malware Investigations, Network Traffic Analysis, and Blue Team operations.
I maintain a growing cybersecurity portfolio that showcases structured investigations involving VPN log analysis, phishing intrusions, malware infections, memory forensics, and threat analysis. These projects allow me to apply security concepts in realistic scenarios while continuously strengthening my analytical and investigative skills.
