I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and provide an overview of my background, as well as the skills I have gained through my work experience.
I am 24 years old and I hold a diploma in International English. Over the past three years, I have gained diverse professional experience in the following roles:
Customer Service: I worked directly with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of service. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, both in English and French, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Gestionnaire: As a manager, I was responsible for overseeing processes, ensuring efficiency, and improving operations. This role sharpened my organizational skills, project management abilities, and my capacity to manage teams effectively. It also provided me with the opportunity to make strategic decisions and optimize workflow.
Insurance Agent: In this role, I gained extensive knowledge of insurance products and services, customer needs analysis, and policy management. I developed strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to clients.
International Relations: Through this role, I worked with international clients and partners, which enhanced my cross-cultural communication, negotiation skills, and global perspective. It also improved my adaptability in dealing with diverse work environments and my ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
