I’m Islam Mohamed Abdelfattah, a highly motivated IT professional with extensive experience in computer and information systems, specializing in system administration, software testing, and customer service. I hold certifications like CCNA and am in the process of obtaining my ISTQB Foundation Level certification. Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated strong technical skills, particularly in web and mobile testing, automation using Selenium, and API testing with Postman.
In my current role as an IT System Administrator at Telecom Egypt, I provide first-line support for various technical issues, manage network troubleshooting, and help ensure smooth IT operations. I also have freelance experience in IT support, where I assist clients remotely and manage multi-user environments, including Azure/Office 365. My background in technical support for telecoms and banks has given me solid problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
