responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety the daily production ,optimize production, control costs, and implement quality control procedures. A strong understanding of edible oil refining processes , and experience with relevant equipment as self cleaning centrifuge separators , vacuum,.. and quality standards.
**Calculate the theoretical loss for each oil and Compared to actual loss to determine unit efficiency ,Determining the appropriate Chemicals quantities and the right dosing and follow-up and record them using the Oracle&SAP programs (Caustic Soda ,phosphoric Acid ,Citric Acid, Antioxidant Dosing, Bleaching Earth Type for each oil and the right amount of dosing) process parameters ( Temperature, Vacuum, Spurge Steam temperature&pressure ) , Calculate OEE % ,Lead and manage the strategic aspects of the refinery plans.
**Direct full compliance of safety procedures and environmental regulations and promote performance improvement using 5S, SIR&BOS.
** working on reducing the(changeover) time between edible oil (Soya-palm-Sunflower-corn).
**Ensure efficiency in plant operations by working collaboratively with maintenance and technical personnel to achieve equipment reliability performance goals.
**Provide strong leadership to the Operations team.
**Operate the plant at minimum energy&chemical consumption consistent with mechanical integrity of equipment, environmental regulations, and maximum overall profitability.
