I am an HR professional with experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, visa administration, onboarding, and payroll support within the Facilities Management and Construction sectors in the UAE. Currently working as a Human Resources Coordinator with Inaya Facilities Management, part of the Belhasa International Group, I manage various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee documentation, visa processing, induction coordination, and employee welfare.
I am passionate about building positive workplace relationships, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and UAE Labour Law.
