About Me
I am a forward-thinking HR professional with a strong foundation in Human Resource Management, backed by both education and hands-on experience. I earned my B.Sc. in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division. Currently, I am furthering my expertise as a Certified Human Resource Professional at the College of Human Resource.
I’ve gained valuable experience working as an HR Attachee at the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, where I contributed to the digitalization of HR processes, streamlining background checks, and integrating e-learning into onboarding programs. Now, as an HR Intern at Southern Cross Safaris Msa Ltd., I manage statutory payments, draft HR documents, assist with payroll, and actively participate in company events and policy drafting.
Beyond my career, I’m passionate about digital trends in HR, participating in online forums, and exploring new technologies. I also have a keen interest in coding and website development as hobbies, demonstrating my broader engagement in digital literacy.
