I am a person who studied until Bachelor & Master Degree level related to Agriculture & Food Science & Technology . (2016-2024)
With that I have skills & Knowledge regarding every position handling in Advance level under systematic protocol in any organization.
As well I worked as a Management trainee. (2020- 2022)
Here knowledge & Skills were related to,
1. Labour management
2.. Administration process related to labour force handling
3. Hierarchy of the work force account in the business management & development.
With Quality executive job roll ( 2022 - 2024)
Skill related to,
1.Quality assurance of product handling of Agriculture sector from field level to customer
2. Environmental friendly project development ( Eg: Inter cropping,
By product development by minimizing post harvest losses, SOP development for continuing the process with CCP)
3. Internal auditing for standers maintaining. Under that document preparation, new documents format development for standards maintaining, required testing & new process introduction.
4. Labour force management & encourage the people for goal achievements.
5. Team work experience , critical working environment for target achievement under department level & company level.
So from above mentioned my qualifications which are more suitable for this position which is currently applying.
As well as I am a dreamer about an Earth with a green zone, without any hunger. So this is my personal motivation I am moving forward to a related goal which is aiming in my motivation.
