Previously, at NEOM Municipal Affairs, I managed city-wide FM and municipal services across a 26,500 km² operational footprint. I led 24/7 operations covering regional offices, public facilities, camps, waste management, and public realm services. Through structured mobilization, SOP implementation, and performance governance, I achieved a 95% satisfaction rating and earned three Best Performance Awards.
Across my roles, I have delivered measurable outcomes, including sustained KPI/SLA compliance, workforce leadership exceeding 1,000 personnel, and improved service experience within complex, multi-vendor environments. My experience includes mobilization, handover, and DLP management, HSE compliance, and CAFM-enabled reporting to support operational control and transparency.
