•Conducts and coordinates the recruitment/selection process including advertising position openings, screening applications; assists departments with scheduling testing, defining selection criteria, conducting interviews.
•Notifies applicants of selection outcome, conducts employment reference checks and addresses concerns applicants may have about the selection process. Conducts new employee orientation.
•Development of various HR manuals, processes, policies and their adjacent forms;
•Conduct performance appraisals and develop performance management criteria.
•Coordinate staff insurance records and act as a liaison with the insurance company / broker;
•Oversee staff, subsistence, travel and associated cost management;
•Communicate to staff on general staff matters;5
•Administering staff benefits, programs, and events.
•Coordinate the human resource function for the group company and Cysuites Apartments Hotel
•Oversee business administration functions at Cysuites Apartment Hotel
•Handling dispcplinary and conflict resolution processes while ensuring fair treatment of all parties involved.
•Responsible for a comprehensive employee personnel records system for all employees, regardless of category of employment, including insurance/benefit forms, personnel action forms, pay history, performance evaluations, promotions, market adjustments, merit increases, bonuses, and disciplinary documents; manages records
•Advises employees and distributes information regarding benefits, compensation,
policies and procedures; provides assistance and staff support to departments/divisions as requested; answers public inquiries concerning job openings, employment verifications, and general information
•Acts as administrator for the Performance Pro employee evaluation program; answers
technical questions, and updates employee information in the system.
•Coordinating, developing and presenting human resource related training programs to
management and employees; creates and maintains detailed spreadsheets used to track
personnel data.
•Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time
