I am passionate about intelligent asset management and strongly agree that all resources from humans to machines can operate to their maximum when placed in ideal conditions. I believe in continuous improvement of who we are and everyday I am eager to learn something new. I am currently working in HR and Administration for Taraja Christian Widows Organization serving as a key member in developing sustainable workplace capabilities and a motivational culture to encourage productivity and deliver desired outcomes. My education background in Engineering and having worked in Facilities Management for over a decade has refined my skills in strategic planning, communication and teamwork. I am a nurturer and find pleasure in growth not only for myself but also rising with the whole team.
