What we do Our proven approach brings smallholder farmers together to learn new skills and share knowledge so they can improve their livelihoods and thrive. Farmers working alongside Ripple Effect learn more, grow more and sell more. They can feed their families nutritious food, and by having a surplus to sell can invest in their farms, send their children to school and build sustainable agri-businesses. We have already worked with 2.5 million people, and our target is to reach another 5 million by 2030. We are on course to reach our 2030 targets to engage project participants who are: 67% women farmers 15% living with a disability (or a family member) 20% young people (age 15-30) 8% living with HIV / AIDS
