Description:
We are recruiting a Purchasing Officer to join a semi-government transportation team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sourcing spare parts, managing supplier relationships, and keeping inventory levels aligned with operational needs to ensure smooth fleet and maintenance operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and procure automotive spare parts and related materials required for operations.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms with vendors to secure cost-effective supply.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and manage stock using ERP tools.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast requirements and plan purchases.
• Monitor deliveries, address supply disruptions, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years’ hands-on experience in spare parts procurement; automotive or transportation experience is preferred.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems for purchasing and inventory control.
• Strong negotiation skills and clear, professional communication.
• Currently located in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
