Job Summary:
Above & Beyond Properties L.L.C is looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator & Executive to join their real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives for both residential and commercial properties while enhancing brand visibility and generating leads. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English along with previous real estate experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for property listings and projects
• Prepare and manage marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and online listings
• Liaise with brokers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies
• Manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with company branding and RERA guidelines
• Assist in organizing events, launches, and promotional activities

Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in the UAE market
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office, property portals, and CRM systems
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus)
• Understanding of UAE real estate regulations and marketing compliance
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• UAE driving license (preferred)
