Job Title: Accountant – Hospitality
About Our Client
Our client is a leading organization in the hospitality industry, operating hotels, restaurants, clubs, and food & beverage outlets. They are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join their finance team and oversee critical accounting operations.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and supporting the full accounting cycle within a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical accounting expertise and industry‑specific knowledge, particularly in inventory, cost accounting, and revenue reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receipts, invoicing, and filing of financial documents
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Handle inventory accounting, cost accounting, and revenue reconciliation
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Support financial reporting and month‑end close processes
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date financial documentation
Qualifications
- CPA qualification or progress towards professional certification
- 2–3 years of accounting experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, club, or F&B)
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and revenue reconciliation
- Preferably a female candidate with a professional and detail‑oriented approach
- Experience in receipts, invoicing, filing, and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payroll, statutory compliance, and financial reporting
