Description: Way back in the Christmas of 1996, a group of like-minded men and women united by the fireside in Assi and gave birth to Fondazione L’Albero della Vita (FADV). They had a strong desire to find a purpose to live more meaningful lives. They strongly desired to make differences in lives of children and youth living in difficult conditions. In April 1997, FADV was established as an international NGO headquartered in Milan - Italy. Since its establishment, FADV has been working in Italy and internationally to ensure well-being of children and for their rights. The organization has taken effective actions to create conditions for a dignified life by providing food, care and medical treatment to children and a safe enabling environment for their growth. Minimum Requirements (Likely)

•     Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Resource, or related fields.
•     Have prior experience in youth mentorship, career coaching, or NGO program implementation.
•     Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
•     Be familiar with community engagement, child protection, and youth empowerment frameworks.
