 Experience - Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service or similar role

 

Job Role-

·        Act as the first point of contact and deliver excellent customer service

·        Assist and educate customers on digital banking services and smart kiosks

·        Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

·        Promote digital products while maintaining service excellence standards
