Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

A reputable and expanding organization in Dubai is currently looking to hire an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its recruitment team. This role is ideal for HR professionals who have hands-on experience in the UAE job market and are confident in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. If you have strong sourcing skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to final selection
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, online job portals, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role expectations
  • Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and coordinate the onboarding process
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely communication with candidates

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Prior experience hiring within the UAE market is highly preferred
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and other digital recruitment platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage
