Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & HR Coordinator to support our daily administrative operations and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, experience in HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR database

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and administrative support
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Handle basic accounts coordination and documentation (if required)

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Immediate joiners preferred
