Description:

A reputable organization in Ras Al Khaimah is currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Office Manager – CEO’s Office to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office while maintaining effective coordination across departments and with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct executive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations
  • Oversee and manage office administration functions within the CEO’s office
  • Coordinate with department heads to streamline communication and workflow
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and executive documentation
  • Ensure operational processes are aligned with company policies and strategic objectives
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in office management or executive support roles
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or C-level executives is mandatory
