Description:
We are hiring an Associate Lawyer to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is suited for a mid-level corporate associate with solid experience in UAE corporate law and regulations governing DIFC and ADGM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters
  • Ensure compliance with UAE, DIFC, and ADGM regulations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and corporate agreements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on legal strategies
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in UAE laws and regulations

Requirements:
