We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Quality Controller to join our expanding Food & Beverage team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about maintaining high standards of food safety and quality while supporting day-to-day production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support quality control processes within the production environment.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and basic quality control practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to quality checks.
  • Collaborate with production teams to uphold food safety standards.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and quality control practices.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
