Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports.
• Support the preparation of management accounts.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and basic forecasting schedules.
• Maintain and update QuickBooks records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, posting journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial data compilation.
• Help maintain and improve accounting records and documentation processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an ISP / Telco Company will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Knowledge of the KRA system.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
