2.     Quantity Surveyor
3.     MEP CAD/BIM Technician
4.     BIM Coordinator

Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (depending on role).
• Have strong proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Possess experience in construction documentation, design coordination, and project workflows.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary project environments.
• Show professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Quantity Surveyor applicants should have experience in cost estimation, BOQs, and contract administration.
