A healthcare organization is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist cum Cashier to join its Customer Service Department. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in front desk operations within medical environments and who are confident handling both administrative and cashiering responsibilities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and supporting customer service activities across clinical departments.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling front desk or reception duties in Physiotherapy, Radiology, or Laboratory departments
• Proven expertise in using the TrakCare application
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency is considered an added advantage
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Microsoft Excel
