Description:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage inbound and outbound operations across air, sea, and road freight in a dynamic 3PL environment. This role is ideal for candidates with solid warehouse experience, strong team leadership skills, and operational expertise in logistics.

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, consolidation, and dispatch of cargo
• Coordinate loading and unloading processes while optimizing warehouse space and workflow
• Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Incoterms, safety standards, and customer requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock through WMS/ERP systems such as Navision
• Supervise warehouse staff, monitor KPIs, and prepare operational reports for management
• Ensure smooth operations for air, sea, and road cargo handling
• Provide guidance and training to warehouse teams to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Mandatory UAE warehouse experience
• Proven expertise in freight forwarding and logistics operations
• Strong floor experience with hands-on team management skills
• Knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with air, sea, and road cargo handling
• Candidates based in or familiar with JAFZA will be preferred
