Minimum Requirements (Likely)
•     Medical Superintendent: Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBChB); Master’s in a clinical or administrative specialty preferred; valid medical license; strong leadership and hospital management experience.
•     Laboratory Manager: Degree in Medical Laboratory Science; valid KMLTTB license; experience managing laboratory operations, quality systems, and staff supervision.
•     Physician (Internal Medicine): MBChB plus Master’s in Internal Medicine; valid specialist registration; strong clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient care.
•     Pharmacist (In‑Charge): Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; valid Pharmacy & Poisons Board license; experience in pharmacy operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
