To act as a facilitative leader in the coaching and mentoring of multiple teams delivering work through a hybrid delivery model, combining Agile and plan-driven methodologies as guided by the enterprise projects management framework. To facilitate tasks, ceremonies, and governance processes in a way that ensures both Agile ceremonies and structured project controls add measurable value to the teams. To engage, influence, and inspire team members across all levels of seniority, enabling them to realise their potential and drive a sustained high-performance culture. To guide teams toward increasing delivery maturity in resolving challenges and issues, and to proactively remove impediments across people, process, technology, and dependency dimensions.
Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: First Degree
- Field of Study: Information Technology, Business or any other related field.
- Certifications: PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, PMP® (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
Experience Required
- 7-10 years
- Experience in the full SDLC leading software teams
- Experience delivering technology solutions in a bank or telco offering financial services.
- Hands-on exposure to regulated financial-services environments, including risk, compliance, and audit.
- Proven leadership of Agile or hybrid delivery teams within financial-services organisations.
- Direct experience with core financial platforms or payments systems
