We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong exposure to the UAE real estate industry. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who understands the local market and has hands-on experience hiring for real estate-focused roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting business growth through effective talent sourcing and stakeholder coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment within the UAE real estate sector
  • Mandatory hands-on experience recruiting real estate sales agents
  • Arabic language proficiency is required
  • Strong understanding of UAE hiring practices, labor laws, and recruitment regulations
  • Experience hiring for developers, brokers, consultants, and contractor-level positions
  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities
