Canter Fluid Power is a growing industrial manufacturer/supplier company in the UAE, committed to excellence in catering quality products and services. We are mainly in to the products like hydraulic & pneumatic hoses, Oil & Gas, Drilling and Rig Industrial supplies and allied services.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Procurement: Identify & evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions.

· Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensure compliances on local and international purchase transactions.

· Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.

· Cost Effectiveness: Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality, analyze market trends, and negotiate pricing to achieve cost savings.

· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

· Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve procurement processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance overall procurement performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Business Administration in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Proven experience (2-3 Years) in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in related software and MS Office tools.

Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of Arabic can be beneficial.

Candidates with similar industry experience will be highly preferred.
