Job Opening – Inpatient Pharmacist & Outpatient Pharmacist

Saudi German Hospital, Dubai is inviting dedicated and qualified pharmacists to become part of its professional pharmacy team. This opportunity is open to both Inpatient and Outpatient Pharmacists who are passionate about patient care, medication safety, and hospital pharmacy operations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring accurate dispensing of medications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. The role involves close coordination with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support effective patient treatment and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in accordance with hospital policies and prescriptions
• Ensure safe and efficient pharmacy operations within the hospital setting
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential interactions
• Provide counselling and guidance to clinicians and patients when required
• Prepare and manage IV medications (for Inpatient Pharmacist role)
• Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory and medication storage
• Adhere to DHA regulations and hospital pharmacy standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Valid DHA Pharmacist License or eligibility from Dubai Health Authority
• Previous UAE hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Inpatient Pharmacist candidates should have hospital experience and IV preparation knowledge
• Male candidates are preferred for the Inpatient Pharmacist role
