Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers and identifying sales opportunities. In this role, you’ll provide excellent service, resolve customer concerns, and confidently recommend products or services that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to meet sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or POS systems
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
