Immediate Hiring

Position: Accounts and Admin Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi

Description of Work:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

- With knowledge in making quotations and Tax Invoice.

- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.

- With knowledge of Vat Filing and QuickBooks

- Assist in basic accounting functions including invoice preparation, purchase orders, expense tracking, and petty cash.

- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly and year-end reporting.

- Prepare and track LPOs, quotations, delivery notes, and payment follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding administrative and financial requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
