Al Dahab Exchange is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Exchange Teller / Cashier to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in handling cash transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out foreign currency exchange and remittance transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle cash responsibly while ensuring correct cash balances at all times.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Promote exchange products and services to support branch sales targets.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal company policies.
• Maintain proper transaction records, reports, and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service; experience in exchange houses or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers.
• Willingness to relocate within any Emirate as per business requirements.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
• Open to all nationalities.
