We are currently hiring an experienced Technical Manager – Swimming Pool & Landscape Projects to join our growing team. This is a senior-level opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can lead technically complex outdoor, pool, and landscape developments from concept through execution across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale swimming pool and landscape projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage CAD operations, technical drawings, and detailed design coordination
  • Attend and contribute to design meetings, technical reviews, and project planning sessions
  • Ensure full compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and authority requirements
  • Provide technical leadership in AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and on-site technical execution
  • Oversee project coordination between design, engineering, and site teams
  • Support smooth project delivery from design development through construction completion

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in swimming pool, landscape, or related construction works
  • Strong technical background in pool systems, outdoor construction, and landscape engineering
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project workflows
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
