We are currently looking to hire a Junior-Level HR Executive to assist with daily human resources operations at a manufacturing facility located in Abu Dhabi. This role is well-suited for early-career HR professionals who want practical exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, plant-based environment.
About the Role
The HR Executive will play a key supporting role in managing core HR functions, ensuring smooth coordination between employees, management, and administrative teams while maintaining compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Provide support across the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and maintenance of employee records
B. Assist with recruitment activities such as interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities
C. Manage HR administration tasks related to attendance tracking, leave management, and personnel files
D. Support payroll data preparation, HR reporting, and ensure accuracy of employee information
E. Coordinate with PRO and administration teams for employee-related documentation and formalities
F. Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries and routine HR support matters
Requirements:
▪ 0–5 years of HR experience within Manufacturing, Construction, or Steel Pipes sectors (mandatory)
▪ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
▪ Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and standard HR practices
▪ Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
▪ Ability to work in a plant-based or operational work environment
▪ Immediate joiners will be given preference
