Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Welding & Fabrication, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, depending on the role.
• Have relevant hands-on experience in welding, truck driving, ERP systems, or ICT support (graduate trainee roles may require minimal experience).
• Possess valid certifications and licenses where applicable (e.g., trade test certificates, valid driving license for Truck Driver).
• Demonstrate good technical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Have basic knowledge of safety standards, logistics operations, and industry best practices.
