A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a proactive and well-organized Receptionist cum Recruiter to handle daily front-office responsibilities while supporting full-cycle recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates who can balance administrative duties with hands-on hiring support in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination
• Publish job vacancies on job portals and professional platforms such as LinkedIn
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and employees
• Assist with onboarding processes and HR-related documentation
• Handle general office administration and reception duties efficiently
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative and recruitment roles
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Prior recruitment experience within the UAE is an added advantage
