We are hiring a Parent Relations Executive (PRE) to join one of our school teams in Abu Dhabi. This is a key front-facing role that supports student enrolment activities, strengthens parent engagement, improves retention, and manages the school’s organic social media presence. The position is ideal for a proactive and well-organized professional with strong communication skills and experience working in customer-focused environments within the UAE.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for prospective and existing parents
• Leading school tours and managing parent enquiries professionally
• Following up on leads and supporting the admissions and enrolment process
• Managing, updating, and maintaining accurate digital lead records
• Supporting parent engagement initiatives and re-enrolment activities
• Managing organic social media content and communication channels for the school

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years of UAE-based experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, which is essential
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred
