Description:

Al Masaood Automobiles is currently hiring an experienced Value Added Service Supervisor to join its Value Added Services team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for an automotive professional with strong hands-on experience in value added service operations such as polishing, tinting, and related workshop activities, along with proven people management skills.

The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the VAS workshop, ensuring consistent quality output, strong productivity levels, and high customer satisfaction. The supervisor will play a key role in driving VAS penetration across sales and service channels while supporting the overall growth of the VAS business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing VAS operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and achievement of KPIs including sold hours, productivity, efficiency, and NPS
• Driving VAS penetration through internal sales and service teams
• Setting and delivering annual performance objectives aligned with VAS targets
• Managing, supervising, coaching, and monitoring technicians’ performance, productivity, and adherence to 5S standards
• Coordinating with the Procurement team to ensure uninterrupted availability of materials
• Identifying training requirements, nominating technicians for development programs, and tracking skill enhancement
• Supporting recruitment activities in coordination with HR and onboarding new team members
• Identifying and proposing new VAS offerings to expand business capabilities and operational capacity

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in an automotive VAS or workshop environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Experience managing culturally diverse teams is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and dealer management systems such as Autoline.
