Work Experience
- 5+ years in cloud productivity tools engineering, cloud productivity consulting, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Strong background in technical deployments, identity & security configuration, and workspace change management.
- Experience leading customer engagements, technical design workshops, and post-deployment support.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini for Workspace, automation workflows) to improve delivery, support, and customer adoption.
- Experience in handling Large Scale Google workspace migrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Expert understanding of Google Workspace configuration, directory/identity management, security best practices, and collaboration workflows.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, admin console policies, enterprise change management, and technical documentation standards.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive customer adoption using both cloud and AI capabilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer advisory skills.
Job Description
As the AI-Powered Enterprise Collaboration Technical & Change Management Lead, you will provide end-to-end technical leadership across Google Workspace implementations, customer onboarding, support, and strategic advisory. You will ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements while driving AI-enabled productivity and modern ways of working for our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Technical Leadership & Delivery Excellence
- Lead the technical design, deployment, and configuration of Google Workspace solutions.
- Own technical documentation including deployment plans, architecture diagrams, admin guides, and user guides.
- Manage technical risks, escalations, and resolution of complex ticket issues.
- Recommend delivery best practices, tools, automation opportunities, and certifications for the technical team.
- Review and package value-added services for consultancy and support.
AI-Powered Productivity & Workflow Optimization
- Integrate Gemini for Workspace and AI workflows into customer deployments.
- Advise customers on how to use AI to improve collaboration, automation, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process automation, scripting, and enhanced support efficiency.
Customer Technical Strategy & Advisory
- Conduct regular technical touchpoints with customers to review configurations, security posture, and improvements.
- Advise customers on standards, methodologies, and governance related to identity, security, data protection, and Workspace configuration.
- Drive continuous enablement on new Workspace and AI features.
- Manage the technical relationship with strategic Workspace customers.
Change Management & Adoption Leadership
- Support change management planning with training, communication, and enablement strategies.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and maximize user adoption.
- Partner with Account Managers to deliver Quarterly Business Review (QBR) technical insights.
- Lead customer readiness, rollout planning, and post-launch success programs.
