Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture, Beauty Therapy, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Be registered with relevant professional bodies where applicable (e.g., TVETA/KNQA for trainers).
• Have relevant hands-on experience in technical training, workshop practice, or fieldwork.
• For Driver I position, possess a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate good communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience working in an educational or technical training institution (added advantage).
• Be disciplined, reliable, and committed to supporting learners, including those with special needs.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
